Absolutely worse hotel I have ever stayed in. When you read all of the bad reviews, believe them! The hotel lists a shuttle to Secaucus juntion on the website. When I inquired about it they had no idea about any shuttle other then the airport shuttle. The hotel is disgustingly dirty everywhere. The chairs in the lobby are stained and ripping, the carpet in the hallways is more of the same and there was dirt and stains all over the room. Used condoms in the parking lot. The location did not feel very safe and there was nothing close by. The hotel is very loud. There is a club on the bottom floor that plays bass thumping music into the early morning that will make your whole room shake. Avoid ar all costs

I never write reviews, but this place, for me, was a 10/10! (31y/o F) the rooms were sleek, modern, super spacious and so comfortable. Falta de atención al cuarto puse el aviso en la puerta por 2 días para limpieza al cuarto y fueron hasta el tercer día además las instalaciones de billar son de muy mala calidad la mesa está tumbada, la zona en la que se encuentra el hotel es insegura aunque no los culpo no está en su control.

No personnel enough, no management in charge. The same employee that drives the airport shuttle (that looks like he spend the night in it) is the same guy that is in the hotel lobby counter (with little knowledge of what his doing to check you in). Lobby and common areas rugs super stained, etc .....

We have stayed here a few times this year. And it’s usually ok. This time we had noisy people above us. We called the front desk many times and it never got stopped. Finally around 2am it did. The thing is we left at 5am so traveling on a couple hours sleep wasn’t safe or ideal. We won’t be staying there again. No help from the staff.

部屋が思ったよりかなり広く、綺麗だった。空港送迎があるのがとてもありがたい。渋滞で予定時刻に出発することができなかったので余裕を持った方が良い。近くに大きなメキシコ系（？）のスーパーもあるのでなんでも購入できる。マンハッタンも25分くらいでいける。ただ、バスの乗り方に若干の癖があり、なんだかんだコストも嵩む。そしてホテル周辺はスーパー以外なにもなく、人も歩いていない。私は以前少しニュージャージーに住んでいたことがあったので多少の心構えがあったつもりだが、初めてNYに行く方、特に女性には少々ハードルが高いと思う。

This property was amazing! All the staff was were so amazing and helpful as I had just moved to the city and needed as many recommendations as possible. Lovely and clean and the area around the property is very quiet and lovely
