Road and parking lot very dark and dingy. The road all grown in with bushes. Dehumidifiers all over the property and room noisy and tacky.

I was very disappointed, we were given an adjoined room, which we didn’t request. The family with the infant and toddler in the next room separated by a non insulated door did not use “ inside voices”. They kept late hours while we needed to be up early to attend an event. Later in the day we returned to find the front desk computer system down. Realizing we would not be able to make a room change we left for home instead of staying for the evening. Also, when we returned by late afternoon the room had not been cleaned. Furthermore, be very careful arriving at night, as the signage for Commerce Park Dr is poorly marked, not lit or visible due to damage.

This was my first stay at this Quality Inn. I had made last minute one-night reservations and most other hotels were already booked or very expensive - most likely due to several events happening at nearby colleges like football games, family weekend, and a nearby town festival. I have visited the area several times in the past year and was surprised by how much other hotels inflated their price for this weekend. Some other hotels' rates were three or four times their usual rates. The Quality Inn had reasonable rates and the stay was good. Check in was easy, the staff was friendly. The free breakfast was on par with any other hotel that offers free breakfast with hot and cold options, and the coffee was better than most hotels' coffee. The breakfast attendant kept things tidy and ensured all the food stayed well stocked. The room was clean, the air conditioning ran smoothly and the bed was comfortable. The room included a mini fridge and microwave and I noticed a laundry machine was available and working. There seemed to be a bar/lounge next to the lobby that appeared to be closed, but I did not plan to visit it anyway. Overall, it was a good hotel at a nice price.

I spent one night at the Foothills. Check in was easy, the room was well appointed but did have a distinct odor of cigarettes. Management was apparently aware of this as there was a dehumidifier running in the room to reduce the humidity and the odor. I was frankly too tired to complain and the odor became less noticeable over time. The AC unit worked well and kept the room at a comfortable temperature. The bed was comfortable as were the pillows. I could not get the TV to work, but had a laptop and the wifi was fast. In the morning, the complimentary breakfast was more than adequate. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Not going Back!
This hotel is in need of a major upgrade! The room we were assigned to reeked of cigarette smoke (Non-Smoking Hotel). We were then assigned to another room that smelled like a whole team of athletes worked out in the room and no one cleaned it after word, The TV in the room was a roku tv, not connected to internet and when I finally connected it, there were no broadcast TV stations to watch.
