Perched on a coastal bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean, Casa Manta Ray is a relaxing oceanfront retreat. Its unique roofline, inspired by a flying Manta Ray, seamlessly integrates indoors and the outdoors offering sweeping vistas of the ocean and tropical landscapes. Enjoy the spectacular views while cooling off in the infinity pool or relaxing in the shade in the expansive outdoor living room.

THE SPACE:
3 bedrooms/ 2 bathrooms including:
• a main floor Master bedroom with a queen size bed and an attached large master bathroom.
• Second bedroom- downstairs, with a queen size bed.
• Third bedroom- downstairs with 3 twin sized beds (including a bunk bed)
• The downstairs bathroom is jack-and-jill style between the two bedrooms.
All bedrooms have air-conditioning and fans
• Gourmet kitchen with a large island and dining table
• Large indoor living room with desk space
• Large covered outdoor living room with ocean and pool views
• Infinity pool overlooking the Pacific Ocean
• Outdoor seating
• Outdoor grill, sink and brick chiminea

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Guests have access to all of the property, with the exception of the caretakers' house + storage & equipment areas

Beach access is typically a minute walk just directly down the hill from the house. During rainy season the estuary/small river bordering the property may reach the ocean partially blocking direct beach access, it’s usually possible just to walk around it.
Alternatively, you can go back down the driveway to the “main road” and turn right and it is a five minute walk avoiding the estuary/river that way. There is a picture depicting this information.


The friendly caretakers, Eveling and Henry, live in a Casita on site and are available to help with guests' needs and do general maintenance of the property.
For an additional charge, if desired, Eveling can clean, prepare delicious meals or do laundry during your stay. These arrangements must be made prior to arrival.

We recommend getting any groceries before your arrival, the closest large grocery story is about 45 minutes away. There are a few little local stores within 5 minutes for basic needs.
Several options for local restaurants/bars are located within a 5 minute drive from the home.


Large parking area available, will fit up to ~7 cars.
A 4x4 car is recommended during rainy season (May-august) but not necessarily required.
