This place was formerly called the Taigin Hotel (Google Maps hasn't updated this at the time of writing), it has been recently renovated and renamed. As such, the building is refreshingly clean and modern. The room was large and comfortable. The breakfast was Taiwanese style (not to my liking) and the staff spoke very little English, but were friendly. Considering how few westerners come here, I don’t fault them for this. The major downside to this hotel is the location, which is frankly in the middle of nowhere. The only thing nearby is a 7-Eleven down the road. There is a bus stop nearby, but it doesn’t run very frequently and is quite inconvenient to rely on. However, if you have a car or scooter, this is not an issue.
