Disgrace of a service
Worst service ever i received from accomodation. When i phoned from the airport to let the accomodation know we will arrive late a lady oicked up the phone and could not find our bookings, i even gave iternary number, etc. The lady said she will check and phone me back immediately (today its 3 and i am still waiting for the call)....mind you i phoned back to follow up, they did not even picked up the phone and this now being 22h00 and we dont have a place to sleep. We called and called with no one answering. We had to therefore look for alternative accomodation. Totally a disgrace of a service and i will never recommend this accomodation to anyone.
