Lovely boutique hotel in a safe and attractive neighbourhood. Wonderful staff and nice breakfast. Restaurant pleasant for an evening meal if you do not wish to venture out. Super room facilities and attractive pool areas. Grounds not enormous, but beautifully landscaped. Would definitely choose this hotel again.

The staff were very helpful. We left our suitcase there whilst we travelled first to kruger and back, then Victoria falls and back. Breakfast service was slow the first 2 we stayed but today they had a buffet which worked perfectly. We are sitting by the pool as i write this.

Difficult to imagine a better place to stay
What an amazing place. It's beautiful, relaxed and comfortable without being at all pretentious. Gillian and her team provide a level of personalised service that you don't even find at the Four Seasons. They're almost telepathic at anticipating your needs. And they're universally charming, competent and friendly. The rooms are large, peaceful and very comfortable with high-quality bedding There's a private entrance to the massive Planet Fitness next door, which costs R150 a day (about €7). The gardens are stunning, the food is excellent and the area is safe enough to walk around (in the day) with a park opposite Definitely coming back

An Oasis in the City with Friendly Staff
Beautiful property. Like a little oasis! The rooms were lovely and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and really appreciated how friendly the staff was. We were especially grateful for their accommodation as we stayed late on our last day, waiting for our evening flight. Highly recommend!
