The beds were comfortable, but otherwise not the greatest stay. Shower wasn’t cleaned and had pink mildew, and bathroom didn’t seem very clean in general.

This was a fine hotel for the little amount of time we were there. It could use a little updating on the bathrooms but overall nice. Easy to get to from the interstate.

I spoke to staff about a pet friendly room. I reserved room right after speaking to staff. Halfway to the hotel the day of the reservation, speak to staff via phone and they say there's no pet room for us. Literally halfway there. Speak to front desk again and find out they never even checked the availability of a pet room when I called. Further, they simply responded they didn't have an idea what we should do with pet now. Completely unconcerned. Conversation ended with them leaving no answer for what to do. Found alternative accommodations at another hotel. AND then, the hotel refused to a refund because the time frame had expired. Absolutely terrible service. Refused to give contact information for management. Refused refund via Expedia. Called choice hotel customer service, they also refused to give management contact.

Property is old and getting run down. Windows have broken seals so condensation comes in. Bath tubs/shower combo are not easy to get into. Old plastic deep jetted tube sits pretty high.

Great shower - very clean
This hotel is quite clean. It is a bit of an older facility, so it is not "sparkling", but it is clean. The bathroom is good, with a terrific shower and good hot water. I will stay here again if needed.

The whole inside of the building had a strange "odor" to it. Our room definitely smelled like someone had been smoking in it although I had specifically asked & was told the property is smoke-free. The desk in the room had giant cuts of some kind in it so I was unable to do work at the desk & chose instead to use my lap to write etc. Also there were 5 of us booked for this room (even though only 3 made it) and there was one roll of toilet paper to go around. Staff was very unfriendly. Not mean, just NOT friendly at all. A smile would go a long way!
