Capri is always our choice whenever we decide to stay the night in Johor Bahru! Love the convenience and comfort, and the quality of the hotel. Definitely recommend everyone try a stay here!

Spick and span property. Very clean and room is spacious. Swimming pool is small though and breakfast area can get quite chaotic during peak season. Very close to the CiQ, City Central and Komtar JBCC. However the road in front of Capri Fraser can get quite jam pack as cars utilize the roads to get to the CiQ; particularly during the evening period This is a shared space with the Capri Residence. Carparking space is ample for guests as well. The basement carpark is quite a maze. Room and bath is large sized and comfortable with a separate standing shower and bathtub. There is also a living area with 4 seater sofa. In the attached kitchen is an induction cooking hob, a microwave /oven mid-sized fridge. Overall, a very comfortable property to stay in. Only inconvenience is the construction taking place btw Capri and Komtar JBCC making it inconvenient to walk to the mall. The property does provide a one-way shuttle to drop off guests at the mall on hourly frequency.

Lovely hotel with very helpful staff. An absolutely wonderful and huge breakfast range. A lovely pool plus great & clean bedrooms. The staff were so helpful even when all computers were down to the global 'blue screen of death' issue recently. The only downside is there is large amounts of construction near the hotel so there are limited footpaths which one can use to walk to the entrance. However grab cars can take you there

Absolutely inconvenient if u have no car. Carpark is like a maze and worst of all, limited parking spaces reserved for hotel guests. Nightmare! There is no nearby dining spots. The convenience store at the entrance of the hotel sells at cut-throat prices.

Peaceful stay
So far this is is like my 4-6 stay here and it always give me the perfect vibes and peaceful stay for me. Loving everything during my stay and staff is very kind too! If you are looking to have a quiet and less chaotic place to stay,this is the perfect place for you. And it’s very near to the checkpoint too which is super convenient

Pros: The super king bed and the staffs are polite and smiley. Cons: No backup tissue box nor toilet paper. No change of towel, not even the dirty foot towel with hairs on it. Make-up mirror light is broken and dusty. Lobby’s cheap and bad quality fragrance gives me a headache. Management (if there is any) should go out and see other hotels and even motels. For the above reasons the hotel is way too pricey. 2 star 80AUD motels in Australia can offer better housekeeping and backup toilet paper.

Last minute booking, hours before checkin
Impromptu stayover in JB after a long day of shopping, booked last minute on the very same day, a little hiccup at checkin around 6pm, couldn’t find my reservation at first so was sorta delayed, hotel is supposedly a posh highend establishment but it lacks maintenance and seems worn, pool is definitely a plus.
