Old hotel. Desperately needs makeover or just demolish entirely to make way for new construction of newer generation hotels. No shower screen in toilet. Old WC and carpeting.

Booked last minute and arrived late from SG. Booked 2 rooms for 6 adults but upon checking in we were asked to pay for more if we want extra bedding. Staff was not helpful initially until we called Expedian customer service team to dispute. Non smoking rooms smelled like smoke and bathroom sink was clogged. Breakfast was okay.

Property could do with uplift and embracing more digitisation. It’s very old and requires some major renovation. Staff are very nice and polite. For example, security deposit could be charged to a credit card instead of cash. The wifi is also very slow and unstable. To be very frank, I would rather book elsewhere with a smaller room, but with better wifi.
