Really wonderful service from Saif at the counter who helped with the smooth and efficient check in process. Booked a few rooms and requested for early check in for my ageing parents. Saif was understanding and tried his best to help. Grateful for his kind gesture.

The location is good, its lobby is linked to Paradigm mall. Room is spacious and clean, staffs are all very friendly and helpful. Our 2nd time staying in this hotel already. Will be going back again soon :)

10th corner room. The shower trap hole was choked. Water can’t flow while showering, this resulted in ponding n water flow out to the dry toilet area. We have to mop clean up the toilet floor. The bath towels also look black and dated. For a price of $250 Singapore dollar per night, we expected higher standards. The lighting in the room was also dim and not bright. The only saving grace was spacious and connected to paradigm mall.
