"Sauberkeit ist verbesserungswürdig, einige Zimmer gut, manche eher staubig, da lange nicht benutzt. Ein Vormieter hatte einen weißen Hund mit. Seine Haare waren noch auf vielen Polstern zu finden. Sehr reichhaltig ausgestattet, alles funktionsfähig."
