Nice hotel. Close to the highway so it can get noisy, especially when 6 am hits on a weekday. Friendly service - upon arrival, we were warmly greeted at the front desk by Sylvester, who clearly values quality customer service. Would stay again (although maybe not on the side facing the highway).

The clerk at the front deck he was very nice & accommodated me & my kids very well.. very comfortable beds. The room had a dirty rug smell & the shower didn’t have a curtain & could of been cleaner looks dirty but other then that I have no complaints

Room was nice and clean. Loved that it was in a quiet area with many options for food around. Sylvester at the front desk was also more than welcoming!! Would definitely recommend!

This is my 2nd time staying at one of these establishments and both times were disappointing. One year ago I stayed with this company at a different location and it smelled, and the pool was down. This location while presenting cleaner and no foul odor there were bugs EVERYWHERE! There was a family of ants right by the entrance to the room. There were spiders and other types of bugs all over the room. This was again disappointing and gross. For the price I paid this should have been way better. At least the pool was up and open. The staff were all extremely nice.

We had a great stay at the Comfort Inn & Suites in Liverpool. The room was comfortable and met all our expectations. The staff, especially the person who checked us in, was amazing—friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive to our needs. Everyone we encountered throughout our stay was equally helpful, which made a big difference. The location is very convenient and close to a variety of places. The pool area, although a little on the cooler side, was still a welcoming treat, especially in October. nonetheless it was nice to have that amenity available. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the Syracuse area.
