Cozy Holiday Home in Julianadorp with garden

This comfortable holiday home is located in a quiet neighbourhood in Julianadorp, just a 10 minute walk from the beach. The bungalow is on one level and from the cosy living room, guests have a nice view of the spacious garden.

Ideal for a family of 4, the house has 2 bedrooms. Children can play to their hearts content on the lawn, while adults enjoy the sun. On the covered terrace, guests will enjoy lounging and sipping on coffee.
This bungalow is of course a great home base for a beach holiday.

The beach on the North Sea is just one km away. The surroundings of Julianadorp are characterised by lots of water, dunes, nature reserves, polders and small picturesque villages. The town of Den Helder is less than 10 km away.

In this city that is surrounded by water in the north, east and west; guests are encouraged to visit the Marine museum. Also, it is also worthwhile to make a day trip from Den Helder to Texel.

Schönes strandnahes Haus
Das Haus war schön vor allem der Garten und die strandnah Lage. Leider war das Hochbett sehr instabil und das Holz von Holzwürmern zerfressen. Es konnte von uns nicht genutzt werden.

Der Bungalow, mit abgeschlossenen Grundstück, ist ein ideales Urlaubsdomizil für eine 4-köpfige Familie. Alles erdenklich Notwendige ist vorhanden. Das gilt für den Innenbereichen, als auch für den Außenbereich. Hier kann man die Seele baumeln lassen. Ausflugsziele sind in ein paar Autominuten erreichbar. Alles in Allem ein guter Ort für einen erholsamen, aber auch erlebnisreichen Urlaub.

OK, aber überteuert
Das Haus ist sauber und hell, die Haushaltsgeräte funktionieren auf unterstem Niveau, das Etagenbett ist nur für kleine Kinder bequem, es gibt nur 1 Sonnenliege, der Grill ist mini. Alles kein Problem, aber für diese Ausstattung ist das Haus im Vergleich zu teurer.

Das Haus ist optisch toll, sauber und auf schönem nicht einsehbarem Grundstück. Nur die Heizungssteuerung ist uns rätselhaft geblieben.

Das Haus hat eine super Lage und ist für 4 Leute die tagsüber viel unterwegs sind total von der Grösse ausreichend. Probleme die wir mit dem Haus hatten, wurden schnellstmöglich und freundlich gelöst. Kommen gern wieder !
