Kaikoura Beachfront Villa - Stunning Villa and Views

Kaikoura Beachfront Villa overlooks the Pacific Ocean and the towering seaward Kaikoura mountain range. Centrally located this home was built in 1915 from hardwood native timber with beautiful decorative features. The Villa offers period charm combined with the comforts of modern living. Come and enjoy the modern open plan kitchen/dining area and lounge. It has a weber bbq, wood burning fire and heatpump. The section is fully fenced offering ideal security for pets and small children.

The kitchen is fully equipped and you can make your own espresso coffee or tea and sit on the lovely veranda to view the amazing sunrises. There is parking in the drive way for several vehicles and you can shut the gate.
Only a 20 minute stroll into the shops and cafes of Kaikoura to the east and to the west it is a 10 minute stroll to the famous Pier Hotel and Restaurant.
It has a full laundry at the back of the garage (which could be used for small vehicles) and separate toilet. There is a free washing machine and dryer for your use.
A smart TV and lovely lounge area to relax in. It is a truly beautifully presented home and offers a wonderful place to relax and unwind and enjoy family and friends and Kaikoura.

Gorgeous villa !
Totally fell in love with this place. Beautifully furnished, super comfy beds and at the end of the main street so it was lovely and quiet. Booked through the wonderful staff at Kaikoura Holiday Homes who were helpful and friendly.

What a fantastic house. So nicely renovated, keeping it all in style of the villa. Cozy and warm, comfortable and clean. The dogs loved the fenced in lawn and enjoyed sniffing out creatures in the old hedge Well equipped kitchen meant self catering was easy. Views from the house were stunning and in a perfect location

Perfect place for a family stay
This cottage is a gem! The rooms are spacious and, despite the house being older, it feels modern inside, with a large kitchen, dining area, and living room. We loved the wood burner for colder evenings, and the location within walking distance of the town as well as the seal colony. The views of the coast and mountains out the front window were amazing!

Fantastic place
This beautifully restored and updated period home was a wonderful spot to reconnect with some friends for a few days. It's right across the street from the beach, perfect for sun--and moon--rises, and an easy walk to the restaurants on the point. Close to town but not in the busy part. Full of luxury touches and wonderful period details. Comfortable and welcoming. Not a 'cheap' option but worth the extra cost. Note that the second bedroom has one big and two single beds, all in one space--good for young families.
