Sliding doors lead to front and back decks, creating excellent indoor-outdoor flow. The house has three bedrooms, with the two largest opening onto the decks, providing plenty of natural light and easy outdoor access. The master bedroom connects to the tiled bathroom via a walk-through wardrobe, offering a semi-en-suite experience.
For work or leisure, the study features a large desk and high-speed WiFi. Outside, enjoy a BBQ and outdoor furniture, ideal for soaking in the peaceful surroundings and mountain views.
For larger groups, we also own a spacious 6-bedroom house located just across an empty section of land, offering additional accommodation for your stay. This nearby property provides a perfect solution for families or groups who may need more space, allowing everyone to stay close together while maintaining privacy. Enjoy being within walking distance to the beach, scenic peninsula walkways, and the seal colony. For dining, shopping, or exploring, the Kaikoura town centre is just a 5-minute drive away. It's an ideal location to unwind while staying close to local attractions and natural beauty.
A car is essential for getting around Kaikoura and fully enjoying the area. While walking to town is possible, it’s a bit of a hike, especially on the uphill return. Luckily, our property offers plenty of off-road parking, with ample space for cars, boats, or trailers, making it easy to bring everything you need for your adventure.
Your arrival will be self-check-in via a key from a secure lockbox, ensuring a smooth and flexible entry.
While we provide non-perishables like tea and coffee for your convenience, please note that milk, bread, and other perishables are not supplied, so you may want to bring those with you. Feel free to settle in and make yourselves at home!
