Oceanfront Condo with Breath Taking Views

Come and enjoy all that our spacious 2 bed/2bath ABSOLUTE OCEANFRONT condominium has to offer. The master bedroom is oceanside with an en suite bathroom that boosts a beautiful travertine and glass walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom comfortably has a queen and a twin bed. You'll find the kitchen well stocked and fully equipped to make a meal to enjoy in the condo or take with you to the beach. It also has a large granite countertop. Ceiling fans are in all the rooms and a full-size washer and dryer are also included for your use. Air conditioning in the master bedroom.

Relax while you take in one of Kona’s gorgeous sunsets or admire some of the islands best surfers next door at Banyan Surf Spot (best surfing on the island) from the oceanfront lanai with travertine eating bar.

The ocean side of the unit boasts 32 feet of floor to ceiling windows for you to admire the surfers, humpback whales, spinner dolphins, yellow tang and sea turtles.

A variety of beach supplies are available for you to enhance your beach and ocean experience including boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, sand toys, etc. We are child friendly and have DVD's, games and pool and beach gear for them. We are centrally located and close to beautiful beaches and snorkeling areas. In addition to all of this we have Wi-Fi, LCD TV's, DVD players and 70+ high definition cable channels for you.

As a guest at Banyan Tree Condominiums you'll also have access to some additional amenities such as

Nice location
Nice location. We weren’t as fortunate as previous renters in regards to the check in process, communication with owner and cleanliness, but now we know what to expect. After we figured out how to get checked in and gain access/instructions, we were able to enjoy our stay. We’re islanders, so we know what to expect…but if you're not accustomed to island living, you may want to grab yourselves some Hoy Hoys from the store.

Fabulous location
Great condo in a spectacular location. You literally feel like you are on the water with crashing waves and spectacular sunsets. Condo very well appointed for those of us looking to cook local fresh fish and enjoy dinner on the water. Comfy beds and a very small and quiet complex which we enjoyed immensely. Great owner who was a good communicator and open to a few suggestions from a fellow VRBO property owner. Can't go wrong in looking for a great place to stay on the Big Island.

We really enjoyed staying in this condo! The wall of windows leading to a terrace overlooking the ocean gave us plenty of sunshine and a terrific view of the sunset and the surfers. The kitchen was well equipped and the collection of beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, snorkeling equipment etc. was appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

Spent an amazing week at this beautiful condo, which featured everything one would need. Owners were responsive, property was spotless and the location unbeatable. Only wish I could bottle the sound of the surf and the continuous gentle breeze to bring with us back to the mainland. Would love to return some time!

Great place, amazing view!
We stayed here for 5-6 days and it was great. Only a couple miles down the beach from town, it's a quiet location with covered parking and an elevator. There was plenty of space for the four of us (2 adults, 2 teens) to spread out comfortably and it was very well-stocked with everything from beach gear to kitchen ware and spices. And, the view! Looking out over the Banyans surf spot from sunrise to sunset is hard to beat. I appreciated all of those details so much more after our kids flew home early and we switched to a smaller place in town. While walking to a restaurant was convenient, the downside was a noisy view of Henry St., spread out parking, and hiking luggage up three flights of stairs. Something for travelers to consider when comparing options. The owners were great too. They were always quick to respond and were completely accommodating to the handful of changes we needed to make, before and during our stay, to ensure we had the best time possible.

I can't believe a place like this exists to rent! Truly amazing
When I found this while searching VBRO, I immediately knew this was the place for us. We wanted something that was ocean front....and this is absolutely that! You have these huge floor to ceiling windows just a few feet from the ocean and then combined with a perfect balcony where you could just stare at the ocean all day if you wanted. Then, there's always surfers to watch...it's like a private viewing party (I would have paid for that). Then, add in amazing sunsets every night from the balcony while enjoying a drink or snack/dinner. The host is amazing, too. She gives you her inside scoop into great places to visit and eat. Our favorite beach was one she recommended and wasn't in the two guide books we had studied. We went there three times and it was exactly the kind of beach we wanted: not crowded, calm waters in a bay leading to plentiful and easy snorkeling. We feel like we won the lottery when staying here and will be back again if we ever return to the Big Island. You will not be disappointed if this unit is available during the dates you want to go.

place was perfect
we loved this place easy to get in and out of , clean and in order lots of toys to use chairs , towels snorkles etc ..was a short drive to the strip where everything was happening . The beds were super comfy ! Our only complaint would be to please invest in a split unit AC for the back room our poor friends were dying hot even with all the fans the one AC in master doesn't get to the back of the unit . other then that this place was awesome !! thanks for making it so easy

Was really happy with our choice. Could not beat the view from our room and proximity to the water. Made us not want to leave our room. Free covered parking with a reserved spot. Nicely decorated. Had everything you could possibly need including boogie boards, beach towels, kitchen needs, and appliances. Really enjoyed that it was a small complex and not busy. When we used the pool, no one else was even in it. We could see sea turtles, beautiful yellow tang, and other fish just by sitting out on our lanai. Lots of surfers in the morning and evening. One day when there was no surf we saw people go pretty far out and snorkel. It is next to a very small beach that has shade trees. Lots of great snorkeling close by. The size was perfect for us, but you could sleep 7. Loved having a washer and dryer inside the unit. The breeze and ceiling fans kept the condo at a perfect temperature so much so that we never turned the air conditioning on. King bed was super comfortable. Appreciated the compendium binder that gave us the rules of the condo, how to use things, and suggestions on where to go and things to do. The unit is fairly close to (short drive) to Walmart, Costco, and many other restaurants, and shops. We would definitely stay there again should we come back to the Big Island.

Our stay was absolutely fabulous! It was wonderful to wake up to the ocean and watch the surfers. The sunsets were beautiful! The location was great! It was close enough to town, yet away from town traffic. The hosts had great recommendations for everything on the island. The pool is small but perfect for a dip. The area is quiet and calm, which we loved. It was like a private hidden resort. We would come back for sure.

We love this place with its floor to ceiling windows bringing the waves into your living room and bedroom. Nice furniture and kitchen Only downside was that the floors had not been cleaned and were sandy and the front bathtub and bath mat were substandard for cleanliness

Beautiful place in a wonderful location.
This condo is perfect! The floor to ceiling windows across the back are the best part. Outstanding view, and the sound of the surf is out of this world. Surfers gather at this specific spot and are fun to watch. We saw plenty of whale and dolphin activity as well. The condo is easy to find, parking is no problem, and the rules of the building make sense. Can't recommend this stay enough!
