The ongoing repairs following Cyclone Seroja are still in progress within this complex. Certain units are currently undergoing maintenance, which means there will be workers present and operational noise during daylight hours. Welcome to your seaside sanctuary, where the waves dance and the sun kisses your skin Nestled in the heart of coastal charm,

This three bedroom one bathroom ground floor villa has ocean views from the living area and your side patio.
Main bedroom has a new queen bed with wardrobe hanging space a reverse cycle aircon plus a ceiling fan.
Both second & third bedrooms have 2 single beds in each also with hanging space and ceiling fans.
The kitchen is well stocked with a 4 burner electric hotplate and oven & all you will need for a cook up if dining in. .
The kitchen, lounge/ dining areas are spacious enough and from the lounge and side patio doors you have some views of the ocean and river. Large Smart TV and comfy lounge . The bathroom has a bath tub and separate shower .
Laundry has a top loader washing machine.
Side patio has a outdoor setting with some lovely views to sit and enjoy..

Dive into fun in our shared swimming pool that is fully fenced for your peace of mind for the kids. And what's a beach getaway without a sizzling BBQ session? Fire up the grill in our communal area for some mouthwatering seaside dining under the stars.

With shops, pubs, restaurants, and playgrounds just a seashell's throw away, your coastal retreat is as convenient as it is idyllic. And don't forget to pay homage to the Mighty Murchison River across the road just waiting to be explored.

2. Linen and towels ARE provided at this property. Please bring your own beach /pool towels.

6. Consumables i.e. soap, toilet paper, tea, coffee, sugar, sauces etc are NOT provided however you can purchase them from IGA in town.

7. NO smoking inside our properties.

Kalbarri is blessed with a unique environment and it wont take too long to see this for yourself with clean,
safe river beaches, ocean side beaches boasting amazing rock pools and world renowned Jacques Point which has left point surf break for the avid surfers. Towering coastal sandstone cliffs bordering coastal reef fringes make great viewing platforms for the frequently visiting whales and dolphins.

Our magical National Park Gorges now with 2 sky walks and with the Murchison River being a backdrop will keep every member of the family occupied. Kalbarri now has a new cycle/walk path that runs the length of the town foreshore and passes the newly completed, awesome environmentally friendly huge pirate playground.

Kalbarri offers you activities such as canoeing, fishing, charters, crabbing, sailing, wind surfing, 4 wheel driving, quad bike riding, snorkeling, swimming, hiking, bird-watching, photography, golf, bowls, scenic flights, shopping, wildflowers just to name a few. So take an organised tour or use your own transport, go by boat, take a scenic flight, trek the cliff tops, abseil down them, cycle to the lookouts or just relax the choice is yours.
