Great staff,location and pool

I really enjoyed your waterfun stuffs such as kayak and SUP! Only one thing I need was faster wifi. The speed was only 10mbps, I recommend you faster wifi for re-visiting. Overall, you are one of the greatest hotel.

We had an incredible time at Elevate Bali! Our villa offered breathtaking views that made every day feel special. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the amenities were top-notch. It was the perfect balance of relaxation and luxury, with close access to local attractions while feeling like a peaceful escape.

It was a huge 1 bedroom apartment, which was good as it helped block out some of the traffic noise. Staff were really nice and helpful, the night watch man booked a dolphin watching trip for me at the same price as it would have been in town, and I was picked up by the boat right in front of the hotel. Excellent staff service and above & beyond accommodation experience

My family and I enjoyed the stay in this beautiful villa. The water front view was stunning, the garden and pool were great too. But what really made this trip a huge success were these 2 cook ladies and Darma the driver. The ladies cooked very delicious meals for us (honestly, better than outside food), they were very nice and accommodating to our requests. Darma the driver did everything he can to make us enjoy every moment we spent there. He was always there we needed him, he suggested various activities for us and made us feel comfortable and welcomed at all times. Even my boys enjoyed talking with him about soccer and sports :) Also the communication with Melanie (the owner) was very smooth and she was always available to answer my questions. Thank you everyone for making this experience an extra ordinary. We hope to come back again in the future.
