My main concern regards the staff. In my opinion they required more professional training. It’s not the first I’m staying in HbyH in Kalisz and it’s the same time of the year, public holiday. The hotel is not so busy so the staff should be more attentive. I was waiting during the check in for them to finish private conversations between themselves….not the first time. While ordering from the bar I was given water in the bottle but not glass to drink it from. When the girl was ask for a glass she put it not in front of me but where was convenient for her then went off to play or check her mobile phone. Sorry, but I found it offensive and unprofessional. Breakfast overall is not bad but is lacking some sweet baked goods, rucola was all dried out (disgusting) and I was early for breakfast so obviously it was served like that. There is not a lot of options in Kalisz to stay so maybe that’s the problem to “not care” about being more professional

Always stay here whilst visiting family in Kalisz. The service of staff is consistently high. Breakfast is varied with a huge selection of fresh fruits, salads, hot and cold meats. They even have waffles.

Great stay in Kalisz
What an amazing hotel in Kalisz. What can I say, friendly helpful staff, quick check in, very clean and comfortable modern rooms. The breakfast was fantastic, there was so much choose from and they mixed it up a bit each day. The location is also great. Got a really good nights sleep and it is very close to places of interest and the main square where the town hall is situated. Well equipped gym, pool etc I would definitely stay here again and hopefully take advantage of the spa

Second time staying there. This rime for 6 nights. Usuall high standard of service although unfortunately room not cleaned 2 days out of the 6. I do however think this was an oversight rather than bad service. Staff always incredibly helpful and friendly.

Excellent 6 night stay. Everything about this hotel from the room, staff, food and amenities is superb. The service you recieve is truly outstanding and better than many higher rated hotels i have stayed in throughout the world. I would have no hesitation in recommending this absolutely fabulous hotel. The breakfast is vast and i could not believe the choice one has. There is something for everyone and then to top it off, the staff enquire if you have enjoyed your breakfast and would you like a takeaway coffee as you leave. Truly truly fantastic. I cant wait to go back.
