Second time in few days I come across a property that is in horrible condition and truly dirty. I know these are not that expensive but they still cost money and I have a right to sleep in clean sheets. I’ve been with Expedia for two decades, should you not inspect some of these places before offering them to customers?

I stayed at this hotel for one night, and overall, it was a decent experience for a short visit. The hotel served its purpose, but a few issues impacted my stay, leading to my lower rating. Unfortunately, there were people drinking alcohol and smoking right in front of the room, which made it uncomfortable and less enjoyable. The room itself had some cleanliness issues—there were flies, and it felt a bit dirty, which was disappointing. Additionally, the breakfast was not particularly impressive, lacking variety or quality. While the stay was adequate for a quick stop, these factors detracted from the overall experience. I hope the hotel can address these concerns for future guests.

The walls were missing wall paper, there was black mold in the shower, the toilet ran all night, lack of lighting in the room and the continental breakfast was toast thats it. Will never stay here again

The room was dirty. The carpets, sheets, walls, and bath were stained and obviously not cleaned properly. The non-smoking room smelled heavily of cigarettes. I didn’t even end up staying the night, and when Expedia reached out about a refund, the hotel did not reply. Awful experience, do not stay here.

Very below the standard property, seems like they are running a shelter than a motel for people’s comfort & relaxation. They are just Ripping off customers by charging them more than nearby other motels that look better and has better facilities. Pics shown while booking are all fake, no pool facilities, no water kettle in room, no room phone, noisy exhaust fan in bathroom, not enough towels and accessories, the lights don’t turn on in the room by the sink, stinky and stained carpets, windows, spider cobwebs around corners of the room. Luckily our bed were clean and free off any stains, then, the said continental breakfast offered is a scam, just toast and cereals. Better off to book nearby motel with no breakfast and pay less and then eat better at local Tim Hortons or McDonalds, etc. overall will never book this place. Least accommodative and understandable staff. They just say this is how it is here and in this hotel.

This is a very old property that desperately needs updating. It looks like they've started but there's a long way to go. No plug ins in the lamp to recharge your electronics. No ice machine. Very small tv and the remote doesn't work properly. The list is long. But the staff was friendly and courteous. This place is good if you want to sleep for the lowest price.
