Loved our stay here. The front counter lady was excellent. She was the friendliest person. Hotel was clean and pool was well taken care of. The only complaint was the housekeeper, they didn’t replace towels and left cleaners in our room. But the blonde lady was amazing. And was right on it. Apologizing for her other coworkers

Overall Good, But a Few Minor Inconveniences I recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a good experience. The room was decent, and I wasn't too concerned with many details since I mainly needed a place to sleep. However, there were a couple of minor inconveniences. The hotel does not have an elevator, so I had to carry my luggage up the stairs myself. Additionally, the pillow felt a bit unusual—though this might be part of the design, it was not very comfortable for me. That said, if you’re just looking for a basic place to rest, this hotel will do the job.

There was a plumbing issue that resolved the same day. We were visiting family, so spent very little time at hotel. Good place to sleep. Only road noise was guests leaving in the morning and even that was not bad.

Asked for a cot upon arrival, was chided for not asking in advance, asked for a main floor room as there are no elevators, chided again, and told there is a 20. Charge as we didn’t request in advance. Ok, fair I guess. Outdoor pool water is so murky I was unable to see my 12 year old grandson when he was swimming under the surface, I let him swim so bad on me. The bathroom is moldy, and the cot had a dirty sheet on it so we didn’t use it. Upon checkout I advised same desk clerk of this, again chided for not dealing with it the previous night. No refund of 20. Fine, our last stay at any Quality Inn. Desk clerk called while we were driving to tell us we would not be charged 20, again I was chided for not doing things in advance. Not a pleasant stop, never again.

This was a super great hotel. Rooms are clean and bright. We were upgraded to a family suite free of charge and it was great! Just passing through Kamloops for one night but definitely would stay here again. Pool was nice for the kids. Water was very warm. Indoor hot tub and outdoor pool. Good job guys!

Exceeded Expectations
Great and helpful staff. We were upgraded to a family suite! The poil was very warm and the kids and I loved it! We swam lots! Free Breakfast was better than most. Bacon, eggs, pancakes, muffins, fruit, yogurt and even decafe coffee for me!
