For the price point we enjoyed our stay and the two bedroom was great for our family The hotel is dated including pool area and is due for a refresh It’s clean however and comfortable The sofa bed was AWFUL , regular beds comfortable

We actually didn’t mind this place at all! We got a room with 3 beds to fit the family, staff was friendly, breakfast was decent and for the price we couldn’t go wrong! Will gladly stay there again

Unfortunate experience of poor business practices . Upon arrival we were asked to give a five star review for a prize. We agreed knowing that it’s a Ramada, the hosts are welcoming, it should be fine. On entering our room, the satisfaction in finding a 2 bedroom family room was immediately cancelled out by the a very cold room ( winter), dirty bedroom and a stained sheets for the hide-a-bed. We didn’t mind the aged building. It was the dirt that could be remedied by a deep clean or some help from the Ramada franchise.

Food left in pull out couch between cushions and under couch. Shower head mouldy and discoloured. Hair dryer didn’t work. Shower curtain rod falling off, poorly repaired twice before by the looks of it. Overall the facility seemed dirty.

To the staff here are fantastic. I was thinking about moving in permanently LOL. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Easy check-in. Super easy check-ins. I can be picky. But if there's one thing I would advise is is don't use cheap label makers to put labels on things. Including the pet warning in the office etc. It cheapens the whole experience.
