Good size room and comfortable bed. Easy to find off highway and quiet considering location. Friendly staff. Needs to review it's eco policy as everything was disposable both in the room and at breakfast eg plastic cups, single use body wash, shampoo etc.

I booked on Expedia thinking I paid the cheaper price didn’t happen paid full and were given a room that had dirty carpet and was a wheelchair access which we did not need or want. Quite disappointed for what we paid and what we got.

The included breakfast is legit great, good selection with baked goods, fruits, waffles and eggs sausage. Convenient when travelling with kids. The breakfast staff (Narayan) was very helpful.

One of the newer hotels in Kamloops, very quiet, slept well in comfortable bed. Very nice linens and towels. Great shower with no tub! Breakfast buffet was a bonus although it was very crowded. So I went back a bit later when It had calmed down and there was not much left…that was at 9 am. I settled for a bagel….as even both coffee dispensers were empty…. :( The pool was also packed with kids all evening so there was no hope for any adults to enjoy a swim but that’s to be expected on a weekend in the summer. Overall it’s a great place and I would stay again .

The room is very noisy, so normal human beings can’t fell asleep. The hotel didn’t offer me the VIP gift which they were supposed to offer me. Overall, very bad experience😰

Nice staff, comfy beds, but suite was filthy.
Despite being newly renovated, our suite was uncomfortably filthy. The tile floors in our suite were visibly dirty and sticky all over. Our slippers and socks stuck to the floor. The bathroom door handle was also sticky, and when i cleaned it with a disinfectant wipe, i couldn’t get it clean. The carpets were really nasty as well. The breakfast room is tiny - there’s only seating for a handful of people, and it’s so tight it’s difficult to serve yourself anything without being in someone else’s way. The biggest positive was that the staff were very friendly and helpful.
