施設は古いが眺望良く、リビング広く洗濯機やキッチンもあり、自宅にいるように過ごせて非常にリラックスできた。プールにジャグジーもあり大人もくつろげる。朝食にサンガ茶漬けがたべれて最高でした。

海や鴨川シーワールドにも近く、コンビニも歩いて1．2分のところにあり立地も申し分なしです。 家族4人で1泊だけの利用でしたが、大満足でした。

コンドミニアムでこれほど備品が充実しているのに驚きました。歯ブラシ、ティッシュもおいてありホテル並み。カーペットにシミが多くて使う人のモラルの低さを残念に思う。少食の娘に合う食事量が難しく、2人で一つの生簀篭コースにしてもらったところ気遣いで、ご飯と天つゆを二つ用意していただいてありがたく思いました。鴨川の海岸を望む景色もとてもきれいでリゾート感が増しました。

とにかく部屋が汚い。せっかくのコンドミニアムなのにキッチンが汚すぎて使う気にならなかった。水周りはすべてカビ。高層階なのになんで🕷️が頻繁に出るの？

Mooi uitzicht en op loopafstand van Seaworld. Balkon was onbruikbaar door duivenpoep en het hotel moet nodig gerenoveerd worden. Alles voelt oud vermoeid aan. De kamer is wel heel groot en geschikt vort gezinnen

フロントやレストランのスタッフの対応が良かった。 部屋も清潔で広々としていて過ごしやすい。 鴨川グランドホテルの大浴場が使えるのがとても良かった。また利用したいと思った。

テレビのリモコンは汚かったですね。 あとバルコニーに固まってるトリの糞 入室日以前からあるように思えましたが。 あとは個人的な感想ですが、風の音が凄くうるさいのと枕が合わなかったのか寝付けなかったです。
