Nice experience

Our staying in Marriott was very pleasant, the location is very convert for shopping and eating. They staff are wonderful, the give us free upgrade to their executive suite.

I will said this is quite a nice hotel given that i was heading to port klang. Quite a lot of food choice and a supermart nearby. The hotel setting is vintage style like the 90s but i love the vibe of the old school hotel feel with the big spacious lobby. Definitely value for money.

My stay at the FOX Hotel Glenmarie was marred by several concerning incidents. The most alarming occurred shortly after check-in when another couple was mistakenly assigned to my occupied room. This created an awkward and uncomfortable situation for all parties involved. While this may have been due to a lag in their reservation system, such a basic security and privacy breach is unacceptable for any hotel. The problems continued when my key card suddenly stopped working after reporting the room mix-up, requiring me to make an unnecessary trip back to reception for reprogramming. Adding to the disappointment, my rest was frequently disturbed by the constant noise of elevator chimes and slamming doors during the early morning hours. These issues reflect poorly on the hotel's operational standards and significantly impacted the quality of my stay.

There's no lift, no window, no toiletries. You can ask for soap but they'll give you small soap bars

Nice quiet hotel. Around industrial park which is good to just walk to office if they are close by
