This spacious Hale Honu townhouse has an open floor plan providing 2174 sf. of luxurious living (plus over 400 square feet of covered outdoor lanai). It features 3 ensuite bedrooms and a guest half bath. Villages 619 has mahogany trims and doors, upgraded countertops in kitchen & baths, natural stone flooring on the ground floor and strikingly beautiful hardwood on the stairway & in the upper master suites. The first floor ensuite bedroom is perfect for those who prefer a ground level Bedroom. The downstairs area has two patios - one large patio with a built in BBQ and outdoor dining set, and another private courtyard lanai that can be accessed from the kitchen area. The 2nd floor bedrooms are separated by a long hallway at the top of the stairs are very private. The primary master has a private covered Lanai and a large walk-in closet. All bedrooms have cable TV and bedside Phone Charging outlets (USB A & C).

This is a beautiful property, extensively outfitted, and in an excellent location. The kitchen is has prodigious supplies, dishes, and cooking items. Three couples stayed at this amazing house. We did not want for anything as this home had everything we could possibly need. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the things. Beach towels, beach toys, ice chest, beach chairs and even sunscreen for everyone’s use. Beds were very comfortable and there was room for everyone in the living room. The community pool was within walking distance as was foodland. Shampoo was in all bathrooms and even boxes of Kleenex. There is nothing missing in this home. You will not be disappointed if you stay in this property for your Hawaiian vacation.

This home is even better than the listing!!! I can’t say enough good things about it but will try. Communication with the owners was awesome. We contacted them a few times with questions about the area and ideas on where we could renew our vows in a secluded area. They were so helpful and just in case you are looking for a place to do just that, it’s right down the street and absolutely amazing! The kitchen- beautiful granite, high end Wold stove, vent and wall oven and sub-zero refrigerator. Tons of space. Lots of spices and basics to cook with. Lanai- we spent so much time hanging out together outside. Great dining space and outdoor kitchen for grilling, and comfortable outdoor furniture to have coffee, wine, etc. Three spacious bedrooms each with their own private attached bathroom. Perfect for couples traveling together. The owners suite is beautiful and huge! The bed was firm but very comfortable foam. The garage has plenty of snorkel masks and fins, beach cooler, beach umbrellas and even a few pairs of water socks in case you forget yours. The Mauna Lani beach which is available for your use and free. Not really walkable just a quick 5 min. Drive. We also loved the petroglyph beach which is just north of the Fairmont Orchid for its beauty and privacy but it is definitely not a swimming beach. Tons of beautiful white coral and black lava rock. Just stunning. This is where we renewed our vows. It is 2 min. From the home. This home is a ten!!!

The property is lovely and wonderfully situated in the Mauna Lani area. Access to the private beach and cove was a definite plus. Hapuna Beach Recreation Area is conveniently located just up the road. The kitchen has top-of-the-line appliances and a very large complement of pans, utensils, plates, glasses and silverware. It was ideal for our stay with our grandkids. Everything about this place is absolutely first rate, and we have absolutely no reservations about recommending it highly.

Wonderful vacation rental
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was truly luxurious. The owners have spared no expense to ensure guests are comfortable. It felt like staying at the home of a close friend or family member. The pool and spa within the gated community are great and a short walk from the home. We also enjoyed runs and walks to and from the Fairmont and adjacent beach. The beach club/private beach is also incredible, and a short drive from the house. It is a good place to snorkel, wander around the adjacent fish ponds, and watch sunsets. The beach club restaurant is pricey, but the food and service are solid. We walked to the small shopping center adjacent to the gated community multiple times during our stay for groceries, meals (Mexican restaurant and taproom are great), and shopping. We would definitely rent this home again.

My daughter & 2 teenage granddaughters stayed here for a week over the 4th of July. Steve & Maryanne were gracious hosts & very quick to respond to all our questions. Such a beautiful, clean & safe condo with plenty of room to spread out. Also, the extras we could use, like the boogie boards, snorkeling masks, beach chairs, a cooler, etc were so awesome. We also found the private beach club set up to be wonderful! We used the beach club multiple days and even into the evenings. On the roundabout coming into the condo village we also enjoyed the grocery store for quick meals, the juice bar for acai bowls, and the coffee shop. About one mile up the coast was the best public beach - Hapuna State Park beach (free), plenty of parking and wonderful for boogie boarding. Loved our stay!!

Beautiful Spacious Home
Beautiful spacious home. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the appliances were top of the line. Beds were very comfortable. The garage contained all the items for a perfect day at the beach. The ground level lanai had a very nice outdoor kitchen and eating space. Communication with the owners was prompt and fantastic. Access to the Mauna Lani beach was perfect for my family, a great place to learn how to snorkel. A very clean property in a quiet location. We would 100% stay here again!

Lovely Anniversary Getaway
What an absolute gem of a Stay. My wife travelled with friends and family to the Big Island to celebrate our anniversary. Steve and Maryanne provided a wonderful stay. My family and I had a lovely stay in Steve and Maryanne’s home. The photos perfectly represent the rental. So many times we’ve showed up to rentals slightly disappointed because it’s not nearly as nice as the photos. There was so much room for my wife and 3 teenagers which made for a much more pleasant stay. The lanai was so lovely to sit and enjoy coffee or a drink in the evening and can we please talk about the beds. They were so comfy. I HATE leaving my tempurpedic when I go on vacation so I was pleasantly surprised to discover the primary suite’s bed was a tempurpedic. I would absolutely stay in this rental again when I’m visiting the big island!

Somewhat reluctant to give the home and owners the excellent review it and they deserve in fear of driving up popularity of a gem we hope to return to. The location is excellent, close to beaches and golf along the Kona coast. Tucked in the development enough to avoid any road noise or any noise. The layout of the unit was excellent with full bathrooms for each of the 3 bedrooms plus a 4th for guests or general use. Was excellent for an opportunity to spend some time with our adult children and a plus one providing ample common space and private space. The perfect vacation rental
This home is, in every sense, the perfect vacation rental. The property itself is absolutely beautiful and impeccably maintained, from the high end appliances in the fully stocked kitchen to the tastefully appointed bedrooms. The owners, Steve and Maryanne, were great to deal with and always quick to respond to any questions. Their attention to detail is evident from the moment you walk in the front door. The home is also fully stocked with all you would ever need during your stay, including quality kitchen knives and utensils, paper towels, dish detergent, laundry detergent, bathroom tissue, towels - truly no item is spared. The home also has absolutely everything you would need for a day at the beach including numerous folding chairs, umbrellas and coolers. We were also pleasantly surprised by the brand new boogie boards ready for our use. If you are looking to stay on the big island, look no further than this property. You will not regret it.

We can’t say enough good things about this property. There were two couples each with a small child. There was lots of space and well equipped for children. Have an ensuite for each family was ideal. Location was close to all amenities and very nice to have access to the beach club. We hope to stay here again next year.

Amazing property
Thank you for letting us stay in your amazing place. It's a fantastic layout, quality bedding, and well stocked. Each room has its own high-end entertainment system and en-suite w/shower. Lots of privacy between the rooms too. Having direct access to Mauni Lani Beach Club was the highlight of our trip. I’d argue that it’s better than the beaches you get with nearby Auberge or Fairmont, which are both five star hotels.
