The staff were brilliant. Our stay coincided with the start of the Covid 19 Lockdown but they still allowed us to stay. Although the restaurant was closed (as most were in Kandy) the staff ensured we had an excellent breakfast. Spacious room, good facilities. The manager went out of his way to provide us with transport and ensure we reached our next destination before the curfew began.

Unfortunately, we couldn't use the swimming pool due to the road construction nearby. The swimming pool was one of the reasons why we chose this hotel. Also, the water was not hot enough. I was shivering while I was taking a shower.

Excellent service from everyone. Smaller hotel. Good breakfast. Comfortable bed. We had a few issues which were quickly remedied. Safe was not actually attached to anything so did not feel secure using it. Property is a bit far from the action but tuk tuks are everywhere and cheap.

great value for money
the room felt new though unfinished in places. overall, can’t fault the hotel or their staff for the price though. it was clean, staff were very helpful and were quick to find us furniture for our balcony when we asked. only thing preventing me from giving 5 stars were all the bees - they come out at night and made the outdoor social areas unusable and they were even in reception. even on our balcony we had a couple come over and they’re quite scary due to their size.

We loved this boutique place on the hill (easy cheap tuk tuk into town) great spot overlooking the town and lake. The service was fantastic and helped with all our needs

We loved this hotel, it was perfect for our short stay in Kandy. The rooms are beautiful and ours was particularly large with a lovely big bathroom and great shower. Breakfast was delicious, we were served fresh fruit, toast and an omelette. The hotel is located up in the hills so it is a bit out of the main Kandy area, but this was not a problem for us and it was a quick tuk tuk or reasonable walk to the town. Would highly recommend.

We loved this hotel and it was perfect for our short stay in Kandy. The rooms are beautiful and ours was particularly large. Breakfast was great, we were served fresh fruit, toast and an omelette. The room is spacious and the staff is kind and inviting. There was no buffet for breakfast because we were only a couple of guests, so breakfast consisted of a beautiful plate of fruit, delicious fresh juice, toast and eggs. The location is calm and up the hills from the city, you will need a ride to go into town. Down side : There were bugs in the shower and in the room because the doors are not sealed tightly, especially the one for the balcony. The pool was not kept clean and the pool area was not that inviting. I wouldn’t recommend if you absolutely want a pool at your hotel.

It was ok, not the best not the worse. On my second day the breakfast buffet wasn't served because they didn't have enough guest. I found it odd but I still got some a la carte menu. The staff was helpful but I noticed many of them stood around as if they didn't have much to do. It is a bit far from the center of town, about 15 mins walk or a 10 mins tuktuk ride.

Nice new boutique hotel. Comfortable modern rooms with good bathrooms. Would benefit from having a couple of extra things in the room like a rail or hooks for hanging clothes as currently nowhere to put your clothes away and a hair dryer and fridge would be good. Breakfast was good but preferred it on the days of table service as when it was a buffet (depending on the number of guests staying) the food was cold because they don’t keep the food heated. WiFi ok in public areas but didn’t really work in our room. Overall a pleasant stay and value for money in Kandy.

Great place to stay in the hills. Toiletries amazing and fluffy bathtowels. Nice hot water. Beds very comfortable but they only need to turn of the water pump at night as a tad noisy. They will turn off if the ask. Staff super helpful and good English. Breakfast good (not Sri Lankan). Pool needs to be better maintained and pool bed would be a good addition. I would stay there again. Really nice and swish. Amazing value for money.

We were happily surprised with this hotel. Very friendly staff and always there to help and assist. It's a good walk up the hill to get there but will only cost you a few dollars by tuk tuk. Nothing special about the view but far enough uphill to have some piece and quiet from the city noise and comotion. Very satisfied overall!!!

this bew open hotel has very clean and comfortable room and the service by staff is good. since it is on the hill near the kandy lake you feel calm and quite when you are staying hotel which is definately what you need in staying kandy. breakfast was good and the staff are willing to help you what you need ;)
