Beautiful location, great rooms with ocean view, hot water, and with great staff on site. Would definitely recommend and will try to come back and stay in the future.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Bungalow Beach Hotel and it was an incredibly relaxing experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to make me feel at home. They were attentive, always ready to assist with any needs and provided a welcoming atmosphere that truly enhanced my stay. The room was spotless, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. It was clear that the hotel maintains high standards of cleanliness and the space was both modern and cozy. One of the highlights was the beach. Which was simply stunning. It was peaceful, offering the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the natural beauty of Gambia. I spent hours there, soaking up the tranquility and feeling like I had my own private getaway. I would absolutely stay here again, as the combination of friendly service, a clean and comfortable room, and a serene beach experience made it a memorable trip.

The two properties l stayes at were terriple, filthy, noisy and lack proper management. After 4 days in lagacy phases 2 and 4 l moved to to another hotel. Management at both legacy sites was non existent. I contact you last wednesday to complain and ask for a refund. I was told l would hear from you in 24 to 72 hours. I have not heard. My whole trip was terrible as askay delayed my return to freetownby more than 9 hours. I am asking for part refunds for my airfsirand hotel. This was my worst holiday experience ever.

The property is well run. The food is delicious. The accommodations are alright; renovations are underway to update the rooms. The staff is spectacular. Every single one of them. The massages by Anna and Haidi were the best my friend and I had ever had, when compared across four continents. They were really impressive. I would go back in a heartbeat.
