Football Getaway
The property was a great location for attending a football game. The downstairs was very nice and the kitchen had everything we needed. The carpeting on the stairs seemed dated. There was a closet door off of its hinges and just laying in the bedroom.

Great stay when attending a chiefs game!
Nicely finished inside with numerous tv's and all the streaming services. Super close to grocery shopping and arrowhead. Property manager was easy to communicate with. Beds were a little firm for us, but suitable.

Convenient Location
The property had everything we needed. Well suited for a family. Kitchen staples, bedding, and linens were well stocked. It was clean and the hot water was nice and hot. The only downfall was the kitchen sink, as it is missing the centerpiece so when turned on water splashes all over you. But by day two we knew to turn on slowly then adjust. But all in all would recommend and stay again.

Disappointing
This was our most disappointing VRBO experience. We received no check-in directions. Sent host two VRBO app messages and arrived at 3:15 but couldn't access property. Host did not respond to messages. We contacted VRBO and received two entry codes on file (which failed) and then host's contact info. Both a call and text to host went unanswered. Spent 45 minutes working with VRBO before reaching host via 3-way call with VRBO. Host offered no apology, only said the cleaning crew had not arrived but would shortly, and he would refund cleaning fee. We finally gained access over 3 hours after check in time, which killed our evening plans. We were asked to handle laundry the cleaning crew left. Dryer did not dry well and washer smelled, so we didn't wash our clothes there. Master bathroom shower backed up during use (instructions said "use Draino" so must be a regular thing). Logged into TV (no cable) and wifi was spotty. Furniture not positioned for four of us to comfortably watch TV. Unit feels like a nice frat or first flip with stained furniture, cheap bedroom items, and a dislodged towel bar in master bath. Host refunded cleaning fee of $125 but never offered an apology or owned the inconvenience he created. Big downer to our trip. It IS close to Arrowhead but not great for families. Also, there are internal cameras "for your safety" (which we missed in the rental details), but the auto lights and camera system felt creepy to all of us.

Neighborhood was very close to I 70 and the stadiums with a golf course very close as well. Had no issues whatsoever. It was very quiet neighborhood the property included ample paper goods, plasticware dishes, pans cookware , we needed nothing.

Location, Location, Location!
The property was clean, as advertised, and easy to check in. It included all we needed for our stay and even had little extras! Easy access to get around to various places we visited and the proximity to Arrowhead stadium was amazing. We definitely plan to book again soon!

Turn around trip for Family Reunion
Nice. Clean. Just as pictured. My only wish is there was a TV in all 3 of the bedrooms and that the bedrooms had closet utilization which would have been much needed for a longer stay. Overall we were satisfied and host was very accommodating.

The place was clean and a quiet neighborhood. It was nice to be close to the stadium. There was a some communication that could be clearer. When we booked the room on Vrbo it said check in was 12pm but the owner said 3pm. Had to contact about wi-fi .

Bugs
There were bugs in the house all over. There was also a discrepancy with check in time. Our confirmation email showed it as 12pm, but the cleaning staff was there when we arrived at 2pm and said check-in was actually at 3pm. Raccoons got into the trash and the owner asked us to pick it up which we thought was odd. The owner did send someone to pick up the trash very soon after, however.

Concert getaway
Stayed at the property with family for a concert at Arrowhead. Super convenient to stadium and other amenities. Unit was clean and well kept. Zero issues other than some fireworks really late on the first night of the stay. To be expected with 4th of July weekend, though. Outstanding communication with Corie. Thanks!

This property fit our needs very well. Came for a mini family reunion. The accommodations were great. Clean and Roomy. There were plenty of bedrooms, and 2.5 baths!!! Excellent location.
