I never went to a room. As soon as i was handed my room keys befor i even left the office i gave them right back to the manager. Absolutely horrible woman, filthy horrible place, and she refused to give me a refund which was $349.84. She told me she couldnt refund my money but since i wasnt staying at all and had never went in the room she would leave a note and talk to her supervisor the next day and her supervisor could refund my money. NOPE And i disputed it with CHIME who denied the dispute do to lack of evidence. Since technically i checked in. This place is awfull, there are homeless people in the parking lot and on the stairs, drug needle in the parking lot, trash is overflowing (and someone digging through it) almost every trash can including the one by the office.a car with loud vulgar bass rap music out front of the office, people smoking weed, the manager was hanging out out front too with a cigarette in her mouth acting very unprofessional.The entire place was awful, i felt very uncomfortable, unsafe. And the room was rented out less than 24 hours later. But i paid for it for 5 nights, and was refused a refund. So they were paid twice for it im sure. I was approached on the way to my vehicle and asked if i "had a man", and if i had a cigarette by a very nasty man with a pint of whiskey in his hand and no teeth. I cant even imagine what the rooms look like. There is no other contact info anywhere for corporate, customer service, a supervisor etc. I want my money!

Exactly what you pay for, isn't the best! i didnt see any bugs of any sort which was good! Literally just to sleep . Good price. But nothing like the pictures.

Great nights sleep at a great price.

I got in late, i was speedily checked in, slept well in a clean room, with very adequate a/c. I slept late to get caught up in peace. Checked out 30 minutes before check out time at 11am

I did absolutely nothing wrong there I minded my business I paid on time. And there's a very depressing time in my life after losing my 18 year old child so in the window I displayed his memorial photo with a cross. When it's an extended stay so you are allowed to put something in the window if you want. Well the big lady in the front with the short hair and it's pink calls my room and says all the sudden I have to leave. And I said really can I ask why then she proceeds to tell me that housekeeping has asked me numerous times to remove the stuff from the window and I asked the housekeeping they said they never said that. So the lady in the front desk says this is a hotel not in art gallery. Then hangs up the phone. So as if I wasn't going through enough this lady gets a wild hair and chooses me to target. But let's other people have things in their windows. I took pictures I'll need them for evidence.

This property was by far the dirtiest place I have ever been if we had needed it for more than getting ready we definitely would’ve gone someplace else. At least the staff did get the air conditioner fixed before we got back to the room from dinner.
