The room we were initially given had a broken refrigerator and we gad medicine that had to be refrigerated. We were promptly moved to a room with a working refrigerator. Staff very kind and friendly. Enjoyed the stay.

The entire hotel smelled musty /wet moldy smell the pictures where coming off the walls the tv was crooked the ceiling was patched we checked in and immediately checked out and stayed at the Hilton down the road

The room was nice and clean the bed was comfortable. The people at the front desk were nice and prompt. The pool seem to be well kept. But there is a lot of drug addicts running around and they were very creepy made my family and I feel very uncomfortable. We felt like we either had to be away from the hotel or in our rooms other than that it was a pretty good experience.

Not the best stay we have had on a family vacation, beds and pillows where terribly uncomfortable, the windows could use black out blinds or something better so the sun dosent blind you first thing in the morning, the room was not super clean when we arrived hair in the shower prices of the celling where falling apart in the room, they did have very friendly service and breakfast was good, had to get new keys twice during our stay because they would stop working, if we stay in that area again we will be choosing a different hotel next time around.

Elevator had trash on the floor and was dirty the entire stay. Our room had a smell to it and very humid, turned our AC to 62° and still didnt get real cool. Looks like they are maybe trying to update areas. Pool was decent. Parking is terrible. Limited outlets which seems normal. A mix of odd furniture in the room making it feel congested. No one watching breakfast area or cleaning tables. Staff was decent overall. Our neighbors upstairs were very loud and obnoxious. Had to call the front desk twice. Overall slightly below average hotel.

The room was so dirty! The walls had brown stains dripping down them, there were water stains on the ceiling, the beds were tilted backwards so it felt like you were standing on your head when you laid down, there were bugs, it smelled terrible. The rooms looked absolutely nothing like the pictures on the website, not even a little bit. We left within 10 minutes and found a different place to stay.

Would not recommend! Air conditioner didn't work properly, a used soap was left in shower from previous guest, room was nothing like the picture shown, room smelt like smoke & Breakfast area was a complete mess food area and tables both.

We and another party had to be moved into different rooms because they were literally foggy and musty. You could see it in the air. When we were moved to another room, the room was still extremely musty and stinky. The girl at the front desk was not very friendly and gave a master key to our friend on accident, meaning he could open every single door on our floor. The elevators didn't work half the time and we had to carry our bags and a 4 year old down the stairs.

Very solid hotel, typical breakfast and pool for its type. Clean facility and room. The elevator had a sign that said it was down for scheduled maintenance and would be up by the end of the business day that was there for all three days we stayed. Hopefully they would accommodate people who can't climb stairs by giving them a room on the first floor. Otherwise, no complaints.

The bathroom smelled like they had "cleaned" it with a dirty wash rag. It took the entire 1st day to air it out. The a/c kept up but didnt remove the humidity well. The TV reception was terrible, every few sentences it paused and the screen got all garbled and pixilated. None of the lamps worked in the room even though they were plugged in. The property is not maintained well AT ALL. There was trash blowing around everywhere outside.

Worst stay ever! Hotel was very dirty and run down. Our room was clean and beds comfortable but everything smelled of pot and cigarettes. Breakfast was horrible and staff was very rude. Would definitely keep on driving to the next option!
