Room that we got was NOT what I reserved! I used Expedia/Hotels.com Rewards to book a one-night King bed, but what we got was 2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa. The attendant who checked us in first claimed that the room was what we requested (it was not), then, after talking to her boss on the phone, said that all king beds were booked to other people. When we asked about compensation, they said that because we booked through Expedia/Hotels.com, Holiday Inn Express couldn't do anything about it. NOT HAPPY their customer service. In the room, one dresser drawer would not stay closed, and the window blind would not go all the way down. All that being said, the room was clean and relatively comfortable.
