Terrible customer service!!!!!
Customer service is terrible, but the beds are clean and comfortable. We were traveling and had some fraud on our credit card. I was contacted by 3 different cell phone numbers, claiming to be this hotel and asking me to give them a new credit card to hold our reservation. When I refused since I was in an airport and none of the numbers came from the hotel, they threatened to cancel my reservation minutes before we arrived on property. The next morning we couldn't get a single person that spoke English to help us navigate the breakfast to see if we could eat the food, due to a good allergy, so we didn't eat. They are there to collect money from football fans and could care less if you return. I really hope some new hotels open in this area soon.

Location great, breakfast solid. Issues were refrigerator didn’t work, one of doors to TV dresser was hanging off hinge and the chair provided was nasty, dirty and unusable.

Everything was fine but they shut down the pool around Labor Day and we are there two weeks later and it’s like 100 degrees outside what a lousy excuse to not maintain the pool for at least another month what a joke

The property was very clean. The furniture was in good repair. The mattresses were comfortable. And the breakfast was really nice. Less than 15 minute walk to the Kansas City Chiefs Stadium, which saves you in parking cost time getting in and out of the parking lot.
