If you rely on WiFi during your stay, avoid this hotel. The WiFi is absolutely terrible—it barely works unless you're lucky enough to be placed in a room close to the lobby. The front desk staff are dismissive and unhelpful, often blaming the issue on a supposed "area-wide fault," which is clearly untrue. It's incredibly frustrating when they act as if they're unaware of how unreliable their service is.
That said, the rooms and breakfast were fine, but it’s hard to overlook such a basic amenity being this bad. Fix your WiFi and train your staff to address guest concerns honestly. Until then, I wouldn’t recommend staying here
