Walked to Arrowhead - it was easy. Old building but seemingly newly renovated by new owners? Nicer than I expected, although the surrounding area is run down. Hotel staff addressed a concern as requested.

If you rely on WiFi during your stay, avoid this hotel. The WiFi is absolutely terrible—it barely works unless you're lucky enough to be placed in a room close to the lobby. The front desk staff are dismissive and unhelpful, often blaming the issue on a supposed "area-wide fault," which is clearly untrue. It's incredibly frustrating when they act as if they're unaware of how unreliable their service is. That said, the rooms and breakfast were fine, but it’s hard to overlook such a basic amenity being this bad. Fix your WiFi and train your staff to address guest concerns honestly. Until then, I wouldn’t recommend staying here

Lotus Hotel across from Royals
Our second night there we noticed that the smoke detector was covered with plastic so we asked the front desk about it. They told us that people will cover them and smoke in the room. The hotel will charge $300.00 cleaning fee for anyone smoking in a room. This hotel is supposed to be a smoke free hotel. They had the cleaning people remove the plastic. My allergies were really bothering me in this room and now I know why, I am allergic to cigarette smoke. The plastic on the smoke detector should have been found by their staff before we ever checked into the room. If we hadn't found the plastic they may have thought we had done it and tried to charge us for the $300 cleaning fee. More than likely we will not stay at this hotel again.

We were charged over the listed price for our dog's stay. When l pointed out the discrepancy between the written price and what I was charged I was told, "we just changed it." There was no effort whatsoever to correct the discrepancy. Lobby was dirty with trash on tge floor. Front desk person not very friendly.

Honestly it was very good of you’re trying to stay on a budget. Staff was nice and helpful. The wifi was pretty slow which was my only hang up. It lagged quite a bit. If you’re looking for new footing and makeup this is not the place for you, but if you’re looking to save money and still get quality than I would recommend.

We stayed here for the same reason everyone does- proximity to the stadium. This hotel could use a refresh. That said- they were packed this weekend, and handled all the guests. Breakfast was stocked and warm. Our room had an issue with the A/C. I politely informed the front desk, and they had someone there within 15 minutes that took care of it. The parking lot is a strange maze and in disrepair. But I would stay here again, just for the stadium. They did have lots of issues with the POS kiosks at the front desk, and the staff were neither friendly nor mean. Just did not feel very welcoming.
