The hot water heater went down . I was never offered any compensation other you can surely go Stay some where else and that they understand. I was there to get our daughter to college so did not want more added stress factory or more expenses. This was all planned and budgeted.

Told in advance that water heater was down. Emplyee thought we may have a cold shower to look forward to. Signed a notice when we arrived. As it turns out, we only had a trickle of water pressure in our shower/bath! All other water fixtures at least had water pressure. Disappointed is all I can say.

Tried to check in early (2:00-) was told no and come back after 3:00. Then told -- NO HOT WATER!! Since it was was a sunday they said repairman will be there Monday. Did not mention this when we came at 2:00 -we could have possibly had time to look for another hotel. (we were there 4 days) Then, limited breakfast because of no hot water per health department. General manager not willing to make any considerations. Room did not get cleaned after asking several times. Had to pickup towels at desk. Very bad customer service,. People at front desk were very nice!
