Room was clean and quiet. Hotel is close to many eating places and isn’t too far from Arrowhead Stadium.

The room itself was comfortable, no issues with cleanliness. But there was no bottled water, the elevator was so slow to wait for so we often took the stairs to the third floor. When we tried checking out at 6am, no one was at the front desk. We waited and called but no one came so we left our room key at the desk. I called back to explain later and they just didn’t seem to care. Our room key also stopped working so we had to go back to the front from the third floor.

Smelled musty upon check-in and the room smelled just as bad. Bed was uncomfortable and you have to turn your ice maker on in your freezer in your room to have ice. Really expected more for the price.

The value of My Place is super compared to other nearby hotels. They are designed for extended stays if someone need it....full size frig, stove top, microwave, full sink and plenty of cabinets and drawers. I only stay for 1 night each visit, but you don't pay extra for these days bonus features.
