The staff were very friendly and were friendly to our two dogs. Upon arrival, we found out the elevator was out of order. The person working the desk had said it would be repaired shortly. We were located on the third floor, it was an effort to get our things up to the room. The elevator was out of order the whole stay there. There was an old coffee filter in the coffee maker, which had been sitting in there for quite some time. The room was otherwise clean and the area was quiet which was nice. The office staff was always friendly when we saw them as well.

Terrible, we got there with tons of luggage and the elevator was broke with a second floor room. The second floor stunk horrific with cigarette smoke and had a haze (probably vaping as well) that my eyes were burning. We have severe allergies and had to leave before 5am because of the smell. As well as terrible itchy skin. Had to pay full price the hotel didn’t offer to compensate anything and didn’t go investigate who was smoking.

My place was an excellent stay for us, the room was very modern, roomy, clean and in excellent condition. We had stayed at other hotels along our trip that were in much worse condition for a comparable price, we literally have nothing bad to say or nitpick.

It was a nice hotel for the price. When we got to our room, there was a plastic cup on the floor and the notepad had a name written on it that hadnt been thrown away. The staff was friendly and it was quiet.
