Not a very good stay.
Hotel room was dirty and extremely hot. The floor was sticky, and the sheets didnt appear to be washed.

Room was disgusting. A rag was hung over and around the smoke detector, stains on all mattress covers. Bathroom was dirty, stained, unsanitary. We did not stay. Went to front desk expressed on the condition of the room and if they had a clean room for us. Staff member said no and that he would refund our money for deposit and two night stay.

We should have read reviews prior to booking. Pictures do not match those on the website. Just because the price is great doesn't mean the Quality is there. The people working the front desk were the only people we saw, they probably did the best with what they had to work with. We slept on top of sheets, never showered or bathed because the tub needed to be replaced. There was dust under the bed, on the sides of the furniture. Could not walk out of the patio door to the pool because it was barred shut, couldn't look out the door because it wasn't clean.

The hotel was very hot in the halls and at the front , when called the front desk for more towels I was told I had to go down to get them and almost didn’t get new towels because I didn’t take the used ones down. Breakfast wasn’t much. Need signs on the walls as I got lost a few times trying to get to the front from my room.

Terrible - needs A lot of work and good service
Upon checking in, the staff told us they will take $100 as deposit. This was not known during booking!!! The staff said that this will be returned 3-5 business days after we checked out. It was the MOST ridiculous action because even before we went inside the lobby, we already saw the side of the building, a grill hanging to its dear life; grill used to cover some sort of electrical/AC unit on the wall. Upon entering door#2, one side of glass door is cracked. As we stepped into the building, smells terrible!! We got the bedroom, same smell, the second lock is broken, part of the wall by the door frame has an imprint- looks like from door handle, hair on the bathroom floor, tub was dirty as in real dirty. There were three of us but only two towels provided. Ceiling has a huge square mark as if an alien came through it. Walls are so dirty. On our 2nd day, we saw a cleaning lady and we requested additional towels and to please take our trash (by the way- we bagged our own trash and replaced a grocery bag because there was no extra bag). When we came back that evening, trash was still there and NO new towels. We made our own bed which is fine, no big deal. Breakfast was included and there was a sign saying come dine with us with healthy food!! What was that supposed to mean- there was no single fruit, no even eggs! They were all carbs!!! We will come back to KC this Fall- NO to this place!! It needs a lot of work!!

Had pancakes for the "hot" breakfast, they werent bad, would just like other options. Pool was clean, property was easy to find. For the price, i would stay there again.

Dump hotel
This place was a dump. I still can't believe that Hotel.com has this hotel on their site. The place was in a terrible area. Lighting in the parking lot was non-existent. There was no way I was staying at this place. The locks on the outside entrance doors were broken. There were holes in the walls, bugs running around. Just a REAL DUMP! If you're looking for a place to stay. Don't look here. You're wasting time. I wouldn't even let my dogs stay there. I think Hotel.com better investigate this place. Cause they are deceiving ppl by their ad on there. Can't say it enough, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! THIS PLACE IS A DUMP!!

The room was incredibly musty and humid. Since we were only going to stay for the night, we decided to lay down. But when going to place a phone on the nightstand, there was a juvenile mouse. We left immediately after.
