You have a beautiful building with great West Elm decoration, but there was plenty of evidence of inadequate staff: Missing carafe for the in-room coffee maker, bed sheets coming apart, one of the worst breakfast preparations that I have encountered. You need to do better.

The staff and facility was fine. Minor issues with shower, nothing significant. The A/C in the room was a challenge. Worked, but the unit right next to the bed and when it ran, very cold air blowing. Had to put pillows up as a defense!

Almost always great
SpringHill Suites is the preferred lodging when I travel with friends. We are always able to get a room to fit our needs. We arrived late in the evening of 8/18 and discovered bedding for the sleep sofa was not in the closet (as is usually found). A request to the front desk for the bedding was made, and we were told it would be a 45 minute wait. We were exhausted and wanted to get to bed, so I went down to retrieve the bedding myself.
