This property was nothing like the website. I went to the front desk and asked for housekeeping to clean my room and upon my return my room was not cleaned and no clean towels and lotion in the bathroom.

STAY AWAY!
This was one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in over the years. The room was the price of a Hilton and reminded me of a jail cell. It wasn’t clean and needs to be updated. I would never stay at this hotel again. 1/10 stars.

Our room was a bit run down. You can tell they don’t really care about what their rooms look like by the paint job. Walls were thin and I could hear the couple next door talking in the bathroom. The pool closed at 9 which was crazy to me considering it’s right next to the front desk so I’m not sure why it wasn’t open later. Most hotels is 11pm.

However, since we asked for & got a handicapped accessible room and we were very tired from travel we let it go. Planning 0n staying there next time we go thru KC.

Nope!
Im sorry but at this point i will not stay here again. I requested a handicap room. It was disgusting, smelly, dusty, extremely outdated, worn out furniture, floor was sticky with what i dont know, and had roaches. I was moved to a cleanier room but on 3rd floor. Elevator was old, shaky, and smelled. Carpet through out hotel needs to be cleaned or either updated. Iron didn't work properly. I requested an ice bucket and more towels and im still waiting. Internet/wifi ggarbage. The only reason i gave 2 stars was due to a cleanier room and little more updated than the 1st.

We booked this hotel last minute due to being at Worlds of Fun all day. It was a Meh! Unique hotel with a pool in the middle but the rooms were a different story. A little old but we didn’t care. Saw folks just walking around the property due to a waffle house in front. Overall, if it’s just a place to stay and leave the next morning, go for it.
