So the room was clean. Staff was nice and friendly. Breakfast was not the best. Wish the pool table was useable. Pool was not open as i was told it would be open at 10am and close 10pm upon my arrival. But it was never open before 2 or 4pm and they would close it at 5pm. very very disappointing for kids. Pool furniture was all very messed up and broken. I would not stay here agin!! Very sad and pictures where not what you see on the app

Check-in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly. We got in late, so we didn't really see or do much other than our room, which was clean and roomy. Do feel the carpet on the stairs needs cleaned. Would stay again when in the area.

The hotel photos don’t match hotel. Smelled really bad and not a great place to stay with family. Hotels.com service is not great phone service is horrible and ratings for hotels are false.

Only complaint was that they ran out of breakfast food before breakfast hours were done, and they didn’t refill. There were a handful of guests that stood around waiting for food to be brought out and there was no staff to be seen. This was prob 20 min before breakfast hour ended

The property was so dirty and dilapidated. The first room i was given smelled like wet dog and old cigarettes. I was given another room. This room has rust in the shower stall,hole in the wall. I also had to relocate the microwave to use it. They had it sitting in the cabinet unplugged obviously due to the cord being too short to reach the outlet. I placed it on the writing table. I guess at least it did work once i did that. Oh the elevator was broke for a day,theres a homeless camp right outside the hotel next to the highway. The lists goes on and on.

Facility is dated but very clean, pool is wonderful. Bed pillows are almost non-existant and towels are worn and thin. Breakfast is fresh and predictable. Staff very friendly and helpful, making it easy to stay here again

This property was nothing like the website. I went to the front desk and asked for housekeeping to clean my room and upon my return my room was not cleaned and no clean towels and lotion in the bathroom.
