Pet friendly accommodation in Katoomba

Variable quality of room servicing. Some towels replaced. Some taken and not replaced. Bath soap dispenser empty but not refilled. Bit of a mixed bag. No consistency. And consistency - the same experience, regardless of who is servicing the room - is the key to a high quality stay.

We had a great stay at the mountain heritage hotel! The staff were super nice, and very helpful. We would definitely recommend this hotel to any one visiting Katoomba!

I loved the first impression from the entrance through parking with well maintained landscape, exterior and interior. It has the most convenient walking access to famous scenery spot. Friendly staff, the room is clean, great breakfast with fresh juice machine, I should have stayed longer!
