First things first, we used Hotesl.com to book but the room we had paid for was not available and moved us to smaller beds. I would NOT suggest booking this hotel with this app, they don't respect it. Also, the carpet inside of the room was wet. I kept having to change my socks. The third thing is that the rest room smelled bad, as if someone had just used the toilet or vomited inside of it. Last, the beds kept shifting and were not comfortable at all. Unpleasant stay and I would definitely not come back here again or refer anyone to this place.

The room was ok, but the matress was horrible, it never stayed in place, when you tryied to lay down, it slide all over the place and the elevator buttons hardly worked, next time im going to the Best Western down the street. Also the lighting was bad as well.

There was a lot of stomping and noise from the people in an above room. I called the front desk twice and was told they would do something about it but nothing changed. It went on until 3 in the morning. Got now sleep.

Was more than I expected! Clean, modern, awesome vibe, employees were very professional, courteous, respectful and easy to speak with! Room was very comfortable, had a interesting floor plan and very modern! The only thing I didn't like was having to pay for breakfast apart from the room. Loved it though, located right in the middle of Katy Mills Mall.

An interesting modern vibe. Not to my taste, however it works, & the excellent friendly staff made my stay truly enjoyable. A wonderful value, & this A-Loft has become my go to place to stay when in the Katy, TX area.

They were having an extremely loud wedding at the hotel. The music started about 8 pm. My wife and i were tired from a long day of driving, and had a long day the next day. Really needed to get some sleep. I called the front desk and ask if they could turn the music down and was told no. Its a wedding. I asked what time it would be over and was told probably pretty late. At 11 pm i went to the front desk and ask if they could change my room so i could get some sleep. Was told no. It was well after midnight before things started to settle down. I expext to hear a door slam, or footsteps above you. But i paid for a room that i could not get sleep in because of a loud wedding. I would not recommend this hotel due to the staff being so unconcerned with any guests.

Just ok
The check in person was either high or drunk. Don’t order food from the bar unless you have an hour and a half to wait for microwave food. Other than that it was a decent cheap place to stay. Rooms are small but it does the need to sleeping. AC was 60 all night and it only got down to 72.
