Sorry! As much as we've tried, we haven't been able to track down any places to crash in the centre of Kaza.

But don't work yourself into a tizzy just yet. Kasol is approximately 75 kilometres away and boasts some fantastic places to crash, including the Span Resort and Spa and Heritage Village Resorts.

Attractions and Hotels Near Kaza

But don't just limit your travels to Kaza. Take an extra day or two to explore some of the amazing attractions and activities that the wider Himachal Pradesh region has to offer. Nature lovers should plan an outing to some of Kaza's stunning forests, rivers, streams and lakes. A few other gotta-see sights are traditional villages. Alternatively, have a crack at popular local pursuits like skiing and snow shoeing.

If you're travelling with the squad and your flight lands a bit earlier than theirs, why not take yourself off to the Hotel Sandhya Palace and put dibs on the best room? It's within a short commute of Kulu Airport, which is 95 kilometres from the centre of town.

Exceptional! The hotel and rooms were decorated so well, It was quaint and relaxing just being there and looking out to snow capped mountains view from it. They had many choices of cuisine. My only problem with the stay was that the bathroom door was barely 5 ft high, and I hit my head hard a few times. When I complained about undersize door height to owner, he said it was "Tibetian style".......
