Mountain view pictures on website are real! it is that beautiful from the property. Excellent conditions and super friendly & helpful host(s). it's a bit off the main road (Military highway) so it's perfect! quiet yet just a 2-min car drive to everything. Definitely stay here next time we're in Kazbegi.
Not missed the TV at all with such a view. The room was spacious, well decorated, great quality amenities were provided along with slippers and towels. Bathroom is a wet room, it may not suit everyone, there is no fridge and no breakfast was offered, that is just for your information. It is a small hotel in a sleepy little place so if you plan to arrive late, please do inform the host. Most dinner places close by 10pm so it is good to get in early. The host was friendly to interact with and gave some local tips.
It was really good and clean. The owner was ver hospitable and offer all services.
Only thing - if you navigate in google.maps by address only, it shows wrong location 11km from the place. If you navigate by name or coordinates in Expedia it is right. Pay attention
A truly beautiful property in a beautiful location.
I had a mountain facing room & it was spotlessly clean, super comfortable & had a stunning view across to Mount Kazbegi.
Everything worked perfectly, the bed was one of the comfiest I’ve had in recent memory & the owner was very friendly & helpful
I’m delighted to have stayed here and thoroughly enjoyed it.
Highly recommend.
nadia was very helpful..she answered my calls promptly and spoke good english...she waited up for us as we reached the hotel late....all our queries about sightseeing in the area were answered to our satisfaction!
The hotel is well located, in the heart of Kazbegi city centre, rooms are spacious, clean, the hotel overall is neat. We paid 55€ a night for a family room, I think this is an excellent quality price ratio! Would definitely come again!
We stayed 2 nights in this delightful little hotel managed by a sweet family who speaks good English. The rooms are pretty basic with no TV but the Wi-Fi is very fast and reliable. There is a hot water kettle in the room and there is a refrigerator which is perfectly clean just outside the room where you can store your food and drinks if you have any.
I would suggest adding a recycling bin and refillable bottles of shampoo and soap rather than those tiny bottles that generate so much plastic waste.
The only downside was the bed which was incredibly uncomfortable. I mentioned it to them so hopefully they will take that into account.
And the best part about this hotel is the view. Some rooms come with a balcony. Not ours but that is okay because you just need to step outside to be on a terrace with a view of the Caucasus. It was a delight sitting there in the afternoon sipping coffee or in the evening sipping wine.
