Room and property were overall clean. Daily breakfast was good with options for different tastes. The cleaning schedule for the room was odd but didn’t affect us. The bathroom was a bit dated and I had to clean the shower head as it was visibly dirty. Other than that small thing everything was good and we would stay again.

10 night work /vacation as my sister lives in Kelowna. I saw online there was renos going on. So I sent my sister over to ask ask, the staff assured her it would be done! So a week later she went and checked again, still some renos also the same reassureance as my husband needed a quiet place to work on zoom, so just days before our stay she went they said they were finished! Ten day stay I made my own bed 8 days out of 10, no bedding changes! 3 days we had do not disturb for a couple hours as my husband was on zoom! Toilet never cleaned bathroom never cleaned...brought us towels 2 times I had to ask. The first time the bed was made I asked the girl cleaning the rooms in the hall to do our room this was about the third day, she made the bed took out the garbage and gave us towels no cleaning! So two days they were removing doors and putting new ones on the rooms in our hall we had to leave my husband had to find a quiet place to work on zoom! Parking 6 nights on the street due to storage containers in lot! 8th day we left in the morning for over 2 hours and nothing again, I called down and complaind ther was no cleaning done and I had to take my own garbage out! She reassured me it is supposed to be done in the evening and we would get full services I said great! We went out came back bed made new towels thats it not even fresh bedding! So I went down talk to the desk they gave me the name of the gen manager Carla I spoke to her on the last day she took two nights off stay
