Set within a small development of houses in the town of Kenmare, Co Kerry, 19 Oakwood Manor is an end of row house. The large entrance hallway leads to the open plan kitchen and dining area. This is a sunny, light filled space with patio doors leading outside. The kitchen is spacious and has all the equipment, crockery, cutlery and glassware you will need including electric over, microwave, kettle, toaster and dishwasher. There is a small utility room off the kitchen with a separate washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a clothes horse.

The dining table is bathed in sunlight and can comfortably seat up to 6 people. There is a guest toilet downstairs for your convenience.

The sitting room is warm and cosy with a wood burning stove and comfy soft leather couch and armchairs. There is a brand new flat screen TV and wifi is available free of charge during your stay.  

The three bedrooms are upstairs. There are two double bedrooms with ensuite shower, toilet and wash hand basin and the third bedroom has two double beds and is ensuite with shower over bath, toilet and wash hand basin. This is a large room ideal for up to 3 people sharing.

There is parking for 2 cars in front of the house and there is a small garden out the back.

Kenmare House
Excellent location; about 15 minutes walk into Kenmare which has loads restaurants & bars. Enjoyed County Kerry - lots to see and do. The house was comfortable clean and spacious. No issues.
