Thinking of staying in the beautiful Bay of Islands? Private rooms including 3 bedrooms 1x King size bed,2x King single beds and1 standard size double bed; bathroom with two sinks a bath and separate shower; separate toilet; private lounge with kitchenette and Microwave BUT NO COOKING FACILITIES please be aware that there is no kitchen extractor fan so cooking cannot take place inside the lounge only heating of food in the microwave or rice cooker..
The Master bedroom has a King size bed with dual aspect windows, one being a ranch slider opening onto the rear deck. The second bedroom to the front has 2 King single beds while a third bedroom has a double bed (very large single).
There is a large private lounge which opens out onto a covered patio with dining table, outdoor sofa and BBQ facilities.There is a TV with free to air channels only and a comfortable lounge suite plenty of books for you to browse through.
The Kitchenette facility in the main lounge houses a fridge, microwave, sink, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker. (bring your own pods) Crockery and cutlery provided plus tea bags, instant coffee, sugar
The rooms are all within the Main House but an interconnecting door keeps guests totally private plus there is a separate entrance to the rear with lighting down the side path.
The property sits in landscaped grounds accessed from a private road with plenty of parking and room for a boat or caravan.
The Waipapa Landing boat ramp, which is at the end of the Kerikeri Inlet, is just 2 minutes walk across the road.
Your hosts, Paul and Nuttha, can provide authentic Thai cuisine ranging from a simple Pad Thai or fried rice to a full Thai Banquet for a romantic dinner for two or more on request.
Exploring the Far North from here is easy or the historic Stone Store and Rainbow Falls are each only a 3 minute drive away.
This is just the perfect place to relax read a book, go for a walk down by the river or take a dip in the swimming hole at the boat ramp or take a short walk to Charlie's rock.
Kerikeri town, which is only a 5 min drive away, has plenty of Cafes and don't forget the Saturday market at the Packhouse.

Paul and Nuttah are wonderful hosts. The accommodation is comfy, clean, spacious and had everything we needed. A home away from home. Loved having the use of the hot tub. The property is set in a a beautiful garden and is peaceful and quiet. Nuttah cooked us an amazing Thai meal. Altogether a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Couldn't recommend more highly.

We had a lovely relaxing stay! The place was clean and spacious for us with our kids and dog. We loved having access to the spa! The free cereals and milk were also a bonus. A peaceful setting, close to Kerikeri and many things to do in the area. Paul and Nuttha spoiled us with some lovely homemade cake and cookies, and even Easter treats! We also enjoyed Nuttha's tasty Thai cuisine and Paul's yummy dessert. Would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our three nights very much. Paul and Nuttha did everything possible to make us feel welcome. The accommodation is of a very high standard with comfortable beds and a beautiful bathroom. We took advantage of Nuttha's home cooked Thai meal, which was absolutely delicious. Paul and Nuttha provided us with everything we needed for breakfast and even gifted us a jar of delicious homemade plum jam and home baking. I highly recommend their lovely peaceful accommodation. Paul and Nuttha were amazing hosts and gave us all those local tips that are vital to make the most out of a trip. Nuttha also cooked us a delicious Thai dinner on the final night which was a great way to finish our trip. It was great to be able to take our dog with us and have a very worry-free stay. One point of note is that the backyard isn't fenced, which was fine for us but might not be for everyone

Perfect staycation
An absolute dream location, with spacious grounds and a comfortable living situation. Paul and Nutella were gracious and helpful hosts, they left bread, milk, cereal and went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed and knew where everything was. During our stay, Paul left us a board game (five crowns) as he thought we would enjoy it, which is an example of his kind nature. (We did and have since bought it for ourselves). Thank you for a wonderful stay and we know where to come next time we visit Kerikeri!

A great property with lovely hosts. We really enjoyed our stay, with the yummy complimentary home baking on arrival, the home made pizza you made us, the beautiful Thai food, the relaxing spa pool, your lovely garden and your well set up private and peaceful accommodation. You really made us feel welcome and we couldn't have asked for better hosts. We would definitely recommend this property.

Great place to acclimate to NZ time
Wonderful place to unwind and reset from the long flight over. Bit of a drive from Auckland but easily doable. Paul and his wife are very nice. The unit is well spaced and comfy. Nice outdoor area to lounge. Paul had milk and scones with fresh butter and jam waiting for us on arrival. Could use a bit more counter space but that is my only add.

Friendly hosts, nice place with a beautiful garden. In the morning you can spot doves, ducks, rabbit around the property. Had all the amenities and itens for breakfast and the spa bath ready to go that was amazing after a long driving. Really recommend to stay and have a chat with Paul he is a well travelled person and have wonderful stories to share 😊
