Additional Details:
You have access to all areas except the basement apartment which may or may not be rented and the master bedroom closet (used as a cleaning closet). If you want to rent the basement apartment in-law suite as well it is an additional $200 per night

Poor communication
We seamlessly booked but then a tree fell on the house and we were offered a refund or to book with an alternative property. We chose the refund and I had to keep asking about it. The property owner said it was out of her hands and to contact Venmo. Poor connection from property owner.
Stayed 2 nights in Oct 2024
