Sleeps 6 in beds, maximum occupancy 8 ~ Welcome to this spacious, oceanfront 3-bedroom, 3-bath townhouse ideally located overlooking the center of resort’s spectacular oasis pool. Instantly feel relaxed looking at the clear blue waters, sunny skies and gorgeous sunrises over the Atlantic ocean.

With 1800 square feet unit 408 offers an open floor plan merging the striking designer kitchen with dark cabinetry and granite counters, dining area and living room together.

The living room screened patio will beckon you for your morning coffee or an evening cocktail overlooking the pool and ocean. FREE WiFi and easy access from the living room down to the oasis pool via a spiral staircase and you are all set with everything you need to enjoy your fabulous Mariners Club vacation.

On the third level of this townhouse is the spacious, oceanfront master suite with a king-size bed, and a screened patio with unforgettable views.  The ensuite bathroom features an elegant sunken tub, granite counter tops and step-in glass shower.

A second master suite, also on the third floor, includes a king bed with ensuite bathroom, a granite topped vanity and a step in shower.

A small, third bedroom on the 2nd floor, which is the main living level, has a queen bed. The shared living area and third bedroom has a step in shower.

NOTE: 3-7 night minimum stay requirement varies by time of year. No arrivals on Christmas day.

Great views!

This townhouse is just as described. Amazing views! Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The pool is very nice. We were a group of all adults but the resort is very family friendly. I would definitely stay in this unit again.

Loved this place! The unit we stayed accommodated three couples with everything we could want - three bathrooms and three bedrooms with Queen or larger beds. Loved that the screened in porch had a table and chairs so we could sit and enjoy the views or enjoy a meal outside together. Only issue we ran into was with check in - needed to stop at a location before the resort. I think possibly the email regarding this went to my junk email. They were kind and helpful on the process just wish I would have seen the email. Would go back again.

Excellent Family Vacation

This was our first time using a VRBO property. We were extremely impressed. Everything was as we saw on the webiste and everything was in great order. Because of this vacation we will use VRBO again. The property was right on the pool, you could see the ocean, the location was great for doing some sightseeing and other activities. Very very happy
