The guy who was at the front desk was very unprofessional. Terrible service. When checking in, he moved us to another room without checking our last name or registration number. We paid for a tropical suite, but got a tropical queen. The room was terrible, with a small dark shower, and there was no soap or shower gel. The bed and pillows were a separate story, it was impossible to sleep. The next day, the manager tried to shift all the blame to the expedia, I asked for a refund, and then I found out that we were checked in under a different last name. Yes, we were moved, but we had to wait, and the staff did it, simply shoving all our things into a suitcase without looking. When we saw that our things had been moved.
Some of our things were left in the old room, where there were other people's things. Some of our things were missing. We complained about this to the administrator. But he didn't care. When we raised this issue at check-out. He brazenly lied to my face that we booked a tropical queen, and they did the upgrade. After I said that I have a receiver, he locked it. I said that at the very least he should have apologized to us for this. But apparently he considers himself a good worker.
I won't recommend it. Or prepare all documents before check in, and make sure u got the right room
