It was a very comfortable space. Great location, pool and hot tub were great. They were doing some construction midday right next to the pool. That was a bit annoying. But otherwise, really enjoyed our trip

I'd stay here every time I visit Key West. It is on the perfect street one block away from it all. You don't need a car the entire time. It rained for two days and I still walked everywhere. It's the best and quiet. The best part is that everyone is over 18 so you aren't listening to kids all day and the pools are adults only. It's awesome.

The location was conveniently located to Duval Street and all the things we wanted to walk to during our trip. The AC in the room was very loud and when it comes to the breakfast that was included, the staff did not restock the items so, for example, once the hard boiled eggs were gone - they were not restocked for other guests

Great old town boutique hotel
It's right off of Duval and in a great location. We had the suite and it had tons of space. The check-in was quick and easy and the grounds are all well maintained, clean and nice. The pool was nice. It was a little cool at night so we really enjoyed the hot tub and appreciated being able to use it any time (no restricted hours). You do have to climb steps to get to the upper floors. This did not bother me. It's a boutique hotel, not a Ritz Carlton, and I liked that. There was a larger mini-fridge, microwave and kitchenette area, a small table and chairs, couch and king size bed. Lots of space. Being adults only was also great. It's a little older but if you're looking for a nice comfortable room close to the action on Duval at a decent price this is a great find.

Nice place for easy access to some of the best Key West has to offer. Overall experience was very good. Really enjoyed the breakfast spread and Starbucks Coffee on demand.

Bathroom/shower starting to look a little tired, edges around floor and shower could use a good cleaning. Shower faucets could use replacing , hard to regulate temperature.

The property was very close to where all the shops, and bars were. The room we stayed in had scratches on the floors and walls, the door locks barely worked, and the deck was gross. However very close to everything, and the pool/hot tub were stunning.
