Very clise to Duval street and central to whatever one would want to do. Nice pool and hot tub. Offered a simple and nice complimentary wine and cheese happy hour with nice wine selection.

It was a nice property .. Key West vibe. We had the smallest room and it was ok but there was no place to hang a shirt or jacket. Also the light outside the room was on all night and it looked like daytime in the room. Then the roosters all over the place started crowing quite early. But let me tell you there is a lot of that on the island. The outside of the property is very nice, pool and hot tub are nice and the outside area is a little oasis. Plenty of seating. 1/2 block off Duval and music and food everywhere.

Mediocre and a little rundown but great location.

Two night stay in a convenient location. The first room was in very poor condition. The floor was rotten, holes in the ceiling, and mold in the window. They thankfully put us in the room above it and it was in better condition. There are only a couple of parking spots that you pay for if you are lucky. They also have an additional resort fee that is for the cheese and wine they leave out in the lobby.

Staff was very nice. Older property with unique charm. Close to everything on duvall st. Nice heated pool and hot tub. Complimentary breakfast was wonderful and they offer free wine at their nightly happy hr!
