We loved the location of the property. Easy walkable to Duval and other places of interest. It is a nice, quiet neighborhood. Unfortunately, on our second night, a lady was screaming on the phone from 12 am until 2:30 am. Obviously, she was drunk and we were not very sure where she was actually staying in the place.
Light breakfast and plenty of drinks were always available. Very clean.
The bathroom is very small, but it is a historic building and that’s typical in my experience. Definitely not a dealbreaker for me.
Again, all great until the third night. At 1:30 am, someone started banging a door repeatedly for about 3-4 minutes. Woke up pretty much the entire building. The moment it stopped, all went back to great.
Not a problem of the place, but uncomfortable for us, since it took a bit to fall asleep again.
I guess this was just bad luck and we will definitely give the place another chance in the future.
Parking is a challenge but that is a generalized problem on Key West.
The Ferry Terminal is very close by and we might try that version the next time.
All in all definitely a nice place we want to go back to.
